SATTU DRINK

            INGREDIENTS

                                    Jau sattu – 2 tbsp

                                    Jaggery     –  1 tsp

                                    Water       –  1 glass

            How to make

  •  In a glass take sattu powder.
  • Now add a teaspoon of jiggery in it.
  • Make up the volume to one glass by adding water.
  • Mix it thoroughly and consume.

GARDEN CRESS SEEDS DRINK

            INGREDIENTS

                                      Garden Cress Seeds – 2 tsp

                                      Lemon – ½  piece

                                      Water – 1 glass

            How to make

  • Soak 2 tsp of Garden Cress seeds in water, overnight.
  • Next day, discard the water and take out the seeds in a glass.
  • Now make up the volume to one glass by adding water.
  • Squeeze half lemon juice in it and consume

CINNAMON TEA

            INGREDIENTS

                                      Cinnamon – ½ stick

                                      Water – 1 glass

                                      Lemon – ½  piece

            How to make

  • Soak half a stick of cinnamon in water, overnight.
  • Next day, boil the overnight soaked cinnamon water.
  • Strain the boiled cinnamon water.
  • Now add ½ lemon juice in it and consume.

SAUNF AND CUMIN TEA

            INGREDIENTS

                                      Saunf – 1 tsp

                                      Cumin – 1 tsp

                                      Lemon – ½ piece

            How to make-

  • Soak saunf and cumin in water overnight.
  • Next day, boil this water.
  • Strain this boiled water.
  • Add half lemon juice in it and consume.

GOND KATIRA DRINK

            INGREDIENTS

                                      Gond katira – 1/4 tsp

                                      Almonds – 3-4

                                      Raisins – 2-3

                                      Chia seeds – ½  tsp

            How to make

  • Soak gond katira , almonds, raisins and chia seeds in a glass of water, overnight.
  • Next day, consume it.

MAKHANA PANEER CHAAT

            INGREDIENTS

                                      Makhana – 1 cup/ 30 g

                                      Paneer – 50 g

Cucumber – 1/4 TH PIECE

Tomato – 1/2 PIECE

                                      Oil – 1 tbsp

            How to make

  • In a pan, heat up 1 tbsp oil.
  • Now add makhana in it and roast at low mwdium flame for about 10-15 minutes.
  • As soon as the makhana turn crisp, take them out in a plate.
  • Now in the same pan, fry paneer slices. Also, sprinkle a pinch of salt over these.
  • now add finely chopped cucumber and tomato in the chaat.
  • Enjoy this chaat with green chutney/ tamarind chutney.
